Completion of 9 stations (for 11reps):

  • Deadlift
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Pushups - Body Weight
  • Air Squats - Body Weight
  • Sit Ups - Body Weight
  • Jump Rope - Body Weight
  • Slam Ball - TBD
  • Burpees - Body Weight
  • Warrior Pose - Body Weight

Grous of 5 will be at every station and conduct 11x repetitions. Once all 9 stations have been completed, we will conclude the event with closing comments, prayer, a moment of silence, and the ringing of the bell.
