Completion of 9 stations (for 11reps):
- Deadlift
- Kettlebell Swings
- Pushups - Body Weight
- Air Squats - Body Weight
- Sit Ups - Body Weight
- Jump Rope - Body Weight
- Slam Ball - TBD
- Burpees - Body Weight
- Warrior Pose - Body Weight
Grous of 5 will be at every station and conduct 11x repetitions. Once all 9 stations have been completed, we will conclude the event with closing comments, prayer, a moment of silence, and the ringing of the bell.
