Vendor Registration

Spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register in person at the Outdoor Recreation front desk.

  • Registration Period: July 11 – July 27

  • Location: Outdoor Recreation Front Desk (Community Recreation Center, Bldg. 267)

Vendor Requirements:

  • Only used personal property (owned for at least 6 months in Japan) may be sold
  • All prices must be labeled in both U.S. dollars and Japanese yen
  • Items priced at ¥18,000 or more sold to non-SOFA customers require submission of Japanese Customs Form 1240 (available at the event)

Prohibited items:

  • New/unused items purchased from Exchange, Commissary, MWR, etc.
  • Alcohol, tobacco, food
  • Imported commercial goods (e.g., Avon, Tupperware)
  • Motor vehicles

Cost

$25 per space (includes one 8-foot table)

Additional tables: $10 each
