Even your PET needs to COOL-OFF too.

Rules

1. Registration Form and Liability Waiver must be submitted for review prior to event.

2. Maximum of 30 dogs for the event.

3. Large dogs (over 25 pounds) will be in the deep end and small dogs (under 25 pounds) will be in the shallow end.

4. All dogs vaccines must be up to date.

5. A maximum of 1 dog to every 1 adult owner. The dog owner must have control and oversight over their dog at all times. 

The owner is expected to follow the rules of the event, sign the waiver, and remain with their dog throughout the event. 

(Owner must be 18 years or older).

6. Owners may NOT enter the pool with their dogs.

7. No Recreational or Lap Swimming.

8. Puppies under the age of 4 months will not be permitted.

9. Dogs must be well behaved, sociable dogs; Aggressive dogs are not allowed. If a dog is observed to be aggressive, the owner must remove their dog from the premises immediately. Event staff will monitor the dog’s activities for any signs of aggression and enforce this rule. 

10. Dogs that have an open cut, wound, or hair/skin condition or look ill will not be allowed.

11. Owners must appropriately dispose of their dog’s fecal matter in designated areas that are provided.

12. Aquatic Staff reserve the right to dismiss any dog or patron for rule infraction unruly or aggressive behavior.

13. MWR will not be responsible for any injuries (owner or dog) that may occur during event.
