- Open to all Military personnel in the Camp Zama, Sagami Depot, and Sagamihara Housing Area, retirees, DOD/DAC, AAFES, SOFA family members (18 years of age or older & not in high school), JGSDF, and Local National Workforce
- Awards will be presented to the 1st & 2nd place finishers
