Hiking through Korai Pass

Our hike starts from the entrance for the Azuma Gorge. Cross Iruma river by the stepping-stones, then walk along the stream for 2 km/1.24 mi. Go through a shrine and two temples, the summit of Mt. Tenran is only 10 minutes from the temple area! We will descend for 10 minutes and walk another 10 minutes on the paved, reach to the Okumusashi Nature Trail. Keep going on for 35 minutes on the trails gentle up and down continues, go through Korai pass, walk about 30 minutes will our goal, Kinchakuda, the field surrounded by Koma river. The ground will be covered with 5,000,000 spider lilies this time of year and flower festival will be held. This field is famous as a photogenic spot and you may be able to see cosplayers.

*It is for ages 6 and up.
Wear: Hiking shoes, Appropriate clothing to hike, Cap/hat.
Bring: Rain gear, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Towel, Water/snacks, Yen for lunch and anything you may need.
