Japanese Cultural Experience at the New Sanno

The first portion of the Japanese Cultural Experience at New Sanno is a 2-hour pearl making seminar where you will have the opportunity to craft pearl bracelets and learn about different types of pearls and techniques of pearl care. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your handcrafted pearl bracelet. Lunch will take place at New Sanno's Kikuya restaurant where they will offer a special seasonal lunch made specifically for this tour. Lunch will be followed by a tea ceremony where you can observe and participate in Chanoyu, a traditional Japanese tea ritual of
preparing and serving green tea.
