Our tour begins at Todai-ji Temple. Spend two hours exploring the majestic temple and its impressive 15-meter-tall Great Buddha. Afterwards, enjoy a 1.5-hour lunch and shopping break at the lively Higashimuki Shopping Street, before wrapping up the day with a 1-hour visit to the lantern-lit Kasuga Taisha Shrine.
The second day starts at Hasedera Temple, famous for its beautiful seasonal flowers and massive wooden Buddha statue. Next, we will head to Asuka Village to visit the Kitora Tumulus (Shijin-no-Yakata Museum). Here, you can learn about the ancient Kitora Tumulus and view its beautiful mural paintings, which feature the Four Divine Creatures, the Chinese zodiac, and an ancient star map
