Re-creating the splendor and allure of the Edo period, this festival in Saitama prefecture features magnificent 20-30ft tall floats with costumed dancers representing various local cities. They break out into drum battles
at each street corner, and the winner of the battle gets the lead the parade. Additionally, there is a mikoshi (potable shrine) procession. We will stop at SA for lunch first.
*We do not recommend small children with stroller.
Bring: Rain gear, Yen for lunch and anything you may need.
