- Open to all Army Military personnel, SOFA family members (18 years of age or older & not in high school), DOD/DAC, AAFES, Army AD Retirees, SOFA Contractors, and Local National Workforce assigned or attached to US Army-Japan.
- ALL will receive a completion medal.
