We’ll take you to Ogisawa, the gateway to Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine route, then we’re off to Murodo plateau, where we’ll ride a trolleybus, cable car, gondola and tunnel trolley bus to our final destination. Snow Canyon is located at an altitude of 2,450 meters (8,038 feet), and famous for having some of the heaviest snowfall in the world. This is a huge spring event where you can walk between 15m (49ft) tall snow walls, and take in beautiful views of Tateyama Mountains.
• Not recommended for small children due to the long bus ride
• Wear suitable shoes and winter clothing, temperatures could reach 7C (44F)
• Bring yen for souvenirs, food and drinks
