Youth Sports & Fitness 2022 Summer Sports
Enrollment is Open Until April 30th
Contact Parent Central Services or Youth Sports & Fitness Today!
(Seasons: June 13 to August 6)
After April 30th all other enrollments will be on a “Space Available” basis facilitated though the Youth Sports and Fitness office
* Participants must have a current CYS registration and Sports Physical on file. Children under age 6 are required to have up-to-date immunizations. ALL must be current throughout the sports season prior to enrolling.

• Start Smart General • 3-6 Years Old • $25
• Futsal (5 vs 5 Soccer) • 7-15 Years Old • $45
• Table Tennis • 9-18 Years Old • $45
