Camp Zama Cherry Blossom Festival

To our community,

We regret to inform you that this year’s Cherry Blossom Festival will be a closed-post event open only to those with access to Camp Zama with their U.S. government identification card. This includes host-nation employees and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force members stationed on Camp Zama.

We would like to thank our countless festival partners and teammates, from vendors, performers, event volunteers and host-nation community members, who come together to help organize many of our open-post festivities that blend the unique elements of U.S. and Japanese cultures.

We look forward to celebrating other open-post events in the near future with our greater Japanese community.

今年の桜祭りは、残念ながらキャンプ座間へのアクセス権（米国政府発行の身分証明書）をお持ちの方のみを対象とした、「クローズドポストイベント」となることをお知らせいたします。これには、キャンプ座間で働く現地採用従業員や陸上自衛隊員が含まれます。

これまで、米国と日本の文化を融合させたオープンポストイベントを共に企画してくださった数多くのフェスティバルパートナーやチームメイト（関係者の皆様）、出店者、パフォーマー、イベントボランティア、そして地域コミュニティの皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。

近い将来、より広範な日本のコミュニティの皆様と共に、他のオープンポストイベントを祝えることを楽しみにしております。
