The Postpartum Support Group provides a supportive and welcoming environment for parents who have given birth within the past 12 months. Participants can connect with others, share experiences, and receive encouragement during the postpartum period.

4th Tuesday of each month at 3 PM

ACS SFRG Room, SHA (across from the pool)
Discussion topics may include:
- Navigating new family dynamics
- Parenting successes and challenges
- Postpartum emotions and overall wellness
- Topics of interest identified by participants
