Did you miss Mt. Fuji climbing season this year? No worry, still have an option to hike on Mt. Fuji! Join us for the short hike, the Ochudo Trail! Ochudo used to be the holy trail circle around 5tth stations, only allowed for people who had climbed Mt. Fuji more than three times. Now it is open for everyone to walk, but only a part of the ancient trail is accessible due to

landslides. We will hike from the Subaru line 5 station through Oniwa area

to the hidden beautiful spot Okuniwa. Enjoy viewing KOYO (leaves turning red, yellow and orange), bird watching and tasty autumn local foods. >>>Ochudo Trail: approximately 4km/2.48mi, 1.5 hour hiking, Max elevation 55m/180ft.

*It is for ages 6 and up.
*Temperature at 5th station in October gets lower than 5C (41F). Please bring winter clothes.
*It may be cancelled with short notice due to inclement weather.

Wear: Trekking shoes, Appropriate clothing for hiking, Cap/hat.

Bring: Rain suits, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Towel, Trekking poles, Jacket/Extra clothes, (Change of clothes,) Snacks/Water, Yen for lunch (or bring own packed lunch) and anything you may need.
