Mt. Katsuragi Trail Walking

Mt. Katsuragi is one of the beautiful sight you can shoot beautiful Suraga bay, Awashima Island, Mt. Fuji and the coast line of Numazu City on the clear weather day. There are many routes to reach to the top of the 

mountain, but the most of them are very steep. This time, we will ascent by the shortest route in expectation of amazing scenery. The part of the trail is steep, but it only takes 80 minutes from the start point to the summit. The summit is organized as a panorama park. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery, relax at the open air lounge and foot spa, have fun at the obstacle courses and munch delicious foods. Descending is very easy! We will jump on the ropeway and it takes us to the parking lot where the MWR bus will be waiting.

*It is for ages 6 and up. 

*You might need to descend the mountain on foot if the ropeway is not running due to strong wind. 

Wear: Trekking shoes, appropriate clothing for hiking, Cap/hat 

Bring: Rain suit, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Towel, (Trekking poles), Water/Snacks, (Change of clothes),
