1. Narita Bus Fees, Schedule & Location

Narita Bus Service Fee is $30.00 per passenger

Departure Time to Narita Airport:

  • Zama Lodging Front Desk - 10:45 a.m.
  • Camp Zama Community Club - 11 a.m.
  • SHA Bus Stop (by Reservation Only) - 11:30 a.m.

Departure Time to Camp Zama:

  • Narita International Airport - 6 p.m. 
  • (Terminal 1 Parking Lot)

Shuttle bus start boarding 1 hour prior to departure.

2. Haneda Bus Fees, Schedule & Location

Haneda Bus Fee is $25.00 per passenger

Departure Times to Haneda Airport:

  • Zama Lodging Front Desk - 11:15 a.m.
  • Camp Zama Community Club - 11:30 a.m.
  • SHA Bus Stop (by Reservation Only) - 12 p.m. 

Departure Time to Camp Zama:

  • Henada International Airport - 6:30 p.m. 
  • (Go to Group Bus Stop on 1F, use passageway on 2F of the Terminal 3)

Shuttle bus will start boarding 1 hour prior to departure (30 minutes)

3. Airport Limousine Service Reservation

Please fill out the request form (see Shuttle & Limo Forms) and MUST BE submitted at least two weeks prior to the reservation date either in person or via email, Leisure Travel Services staff will notify the requester if the service is available.  

Due to limited drivers and vehicles, the service is NOT guaranteed.

LIMOUSINE SERVICE AGREEMENT 

The full fee for service between Narita/Haneda/Yokota/Sagami-Ono and Zama/SHA/Depot/Yokota/ Sagami-Ono must be paid once reservation is confirmed.

  • All cancellations and changes must be made at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after 96 hours will not receive a refund.
  • Changes to upcoming weekend*limo reservations must be made prior to Friday at 1500. - Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the vehicles at all times, no exceptions!
  • Due to the heavy traffic conditions, limo driver may not arrive at the time designated on the request. - Upon arrival, driver will be located after customs with a sign bearing the passenger's name.
  • If the driver does not arrive at the designated area within 30 minutes after the requested time, please contact our office at: DSN 263-4405/3621 or 046-407-4405

Additional Bus & Limousine Service Information
  • Customers and driver will be required to wear masks while inside the vehicle.
  • Passengers will handle their own personal bags and belongings during pick-up / drop-off.
  • Pets are required to be in the carrier at all times and should be in the same row as the owner, 6 feet from other people and pets.
  • For larger pets, please call Leisure Travel Service at 263-4405 for airport limousine information.
  • 6 feet social distancing will be implemented on the bus.
  • Family units can sit together but each "unit" must be socially distanced from others.
Bus Service Passenger and Payment Information

Narita Bus Service Fee is $30

Haneda Bus Service Fee is $25

  • Prepayment is required for Confirmation of Reservation. We accept VISA and Mastercard over the phone or by e-mail.
  • Passengers traveling from the airport to Camp Zama or SHA must have base access.
  • Guests without reservations may use the Bus Service on a First-Come, First Served - Space Available basis. Payments must be in CASH (USD) at a minimum of 15 minutes prior to departure.
  • Buses will depart on time at scheduled times.
  • IAW Local Law and Army Regulation states that children are required to be in a child safety restraint. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide the safety restraint.

Additional Information

  • No refunds will be provided to non-arrivals who fail to properly communicate to the reservation agent.
  • If your flight is delayed or cancelled and you are unable to contact us prior to departure, please bring flight documentation and your bus ticket(s) for a refund/date change within one week.
  • If your flight is delayed or cancelled causing you to miss the bus, please notify us beforehand and we will be happy to refund you.
  • If you have pet allergies, please be aware that there may be pets on the bus.
  • The bus service uns 365 days a year; schedules are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check the United States Army Garrison Japan and Camp Zama MWR Facebook page for any updates during inclement weather.
  • No Money to Pay (arrival without reservations)
    • Passengers traveling from the airport to Camp Zama or SHA will be required to fill out a promissory note to include Name(s), Unit, and contact information.
    • If you are electing to use a promissory statement for the bus service, you must fully complete the form. The bus driver will not accept incomplete promissory statements.
    • Promissory statements are only acceptable for customers going to Camp Zama/SHA and is NOT to be used for customers going to the airport.
    • Transportation service will be based on availability.
    • Payment must be made within 72 hours at Leisure Travel Services in Bldg. 267. (Open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Failure to make full payment will result in notifying the Commander or appropriate supervisor. 
    • Additionally, DFMWR, USAG-J can initiate a collection action to receive payment for the debt if payment is not provided within seven working days. 
    • Promissory Notes are considered as confirmed reservations.
Bus Service Pet Information
  • All pets will ride in the last two rows of seats.  These seats have been specially covered to ensure sanitation and the health of other riders.
  • Pets must remain in their flight carriers.
  • The bus will not stop for walking pets.
  • Pet carriers can not exceed 16H x 16W x 21L  inches.
  • Pet transportation is a for fee service: Narita ($30) - Haneda ($25)
  • Please be aware that your pet will be placed with other pets on the bus.
