Camp Zama CDC (Child Development Center) are National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited programs. CDCs are quality age-appropriate environments that prepare your child to master life skills through hands on developmentally appropriate program activities and learning environments. Educational activities and programs are available for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years old (kindergarten). Programs are designed to promote a positive self image, develop fine and large muscle coordination, increase verbal communication, expand creative ideas, build self help skills and problem solving techniques, and to teach educational learning concepts through situational learning experiences and play.

This center offers:

  • Hourly Care
  • Part Day 2, 3 and 5-day Toddler/Preschool
  • Infant, Pre-toddler Care, Toddler, and Preschool Care
  • Before/After Kindergarten programs

The Camp Zama CDC is located in building 691. Hourly care reservations may be made at the center (Camp Zama CDC). Hourly care must be paid in advance at the CYS Parent Central Services office (bldg 533, Camp Zama) prior to service being provided.
