Competition categories: Beef, Chicken, Pork, and Side Dishes

Join us to kick off the summer season with the USAG Japan BBQ competition.

Participants can cook at their quarters or barracks, those living off post can cook and be judged at Dewey Park. Judging starts at 12 PM. 

*All participants need to prepare enough protein to share a sample with the judges.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED IN AT THE COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER (Bldg. 267) OUTDOOR RECREATION COUNTER, BY 12 JUNE 2026.  Late submissions will NOT be accepted.

Winners will be announced, at the SHA Club, at 1800 and the winners from each category will be determined at this time.
