- Reservations can be made no earlier than 60 days before and event and must be reconfirmed at 30 days and one week prior to the event.
- All fees must be paid one week prior to the event.
- Cleaning Deposits must be paid in full when making the reservation. The requester will receive a full refund after Outdoor Recreation staff has inspected the area and determined it to be clean. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to receive. The requester is responsible for cleaning the area including any rental equipment (including grills) and surrounding ground area; picking up all trash; emptying all trash cans and depositing all trash in the large and adjacent receptacles; returning tables and other equipment to its original location prior to departure. (Trash bags will be provided by Outdoor Recreation. Please come to pick them up on the day of your reservation.)

Ideal for outdoor ceremony and private/official gathering.
Capacity: Up to 200 people (including seating and open area/ subject to change).
Includes: Outdoor Furniture’s (Loveseat chairs)
